Austin City Limits 2007 Expectations
Every year around this time of September, our city doubles in size because of a quaint, little music festival called Austin City Limits. Music lovers from all over gather at Zilker Park to watch and experience their favorite bands play one phenomenal show after another on various stages set up throughout the park. Bands and fans alike, brave the heat to continue on the tradition of making Austin one of the most prominent places to be if you are a fan of live music acts.
This year's main headliner is the man himself, Bob Dylan. That in itself should be worth braving the hordes of sweaty people and the dust that everyone kicks up from the park. Some of the other great acts to look forward to are Bjork, the Arcade Fire, Andrew Bird, Damien Rice, Peter, Bjorn and John, the National, Bloc Party., Muse, and the Decemberists, just to list a few of the bigger names.
